Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily processing and coding of supplier invoices, leading and driving the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate processes and data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and code supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Lead and motivate the Accounts Payable team to achieve goals and drive improvements in processes and systems
  • Play a key role in ERP implementation and assist in future accounts payable projects
  • Deliver monthly performance reports and reconcile supplier statements
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Team Lead or Supervisor
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify areas of opportunity
  • Proficient in the usage of SAP (desirable but not essential) and Microsoft Office suite
