Senior Tax Leader Opportunity

Synthesize strategic tax advice for clients, fostering a culture of excellence and development. Drive high-profile and complex tax matters with diverse stakeholders.

  • Oversee transaction tax advisory work, capital raising, structuring, and due diligence.
  • Navigate international tax matters, cross-border transactions, and double tax agreements.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement tax-efficient business strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders.
  2. Lead a team of tax professionals, mentoring them to excel in their roles.
  3. Stay ahead of regulatory changes, providing proactive and strategic tax advice.
  4. Review and assist with complex tax calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
About You
  • Relevant qualifications (CA, CPA, or Masters of Taxation highly regarded).
  • Extensive experience in tax advisory at a senior level, ideally within a respected firm.
  • Deep understanding of corporate tax, transfer pricing, international tax, and transaction advisory.
