**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sharepoint Engineer to help design, build and maintain a secure and scalable Sharepoint Online environment.

This role is central to delivering a modern Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) that supports compliance, automation, and seamless collaboration.

  • Design and configure Sharepoint Online environments, including site collections, metadata structures, and governance frameworks.
  • Implement retention and disposition policies in accordance with PROV standards.
  • Migrate data using tools like Sharegate or Migration Manager.

Additionally, you will be responsible for configuring Microsoft Purview policies, supporting data migration, and ensuring alignment with Victorian Government recordkeeping standards.
