Job Title: Configuration Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our configuration processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining complex configuration logic to ensure seamless integration with our systems.
- Reviewing and revising existing configuration rules to improve performance and reduce errors.
- Providing expert support to colleagues and stakeholders on configuration-related issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Implementing best practices to optimize configuration workflows.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in coding/scripting languages, preferably VBA or similar.
- Experience with Boolean logic implementation.
- TAFE education in Business, Engineering, or IT or equivalent experience.
Your key performance indicators will include:
- Achieving departmental goals and targets related to configuration efficiency.
- Improving configuration call-up and accuracy rates.
- Maintaining error-free configurator logs.
- Reducing production errors resulting from misconfigurations.
