We are seeking a motivated individual who can make a positive impact in the lives of others. As an Employment Coach, you will play a key role in assisting our customers to set and achieve their goals while meeting the contractual requirements of an employment service provider.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting diverse customers in overcoming personal and professional challenges
  • Delivering coaching to improve employability skills, confidence, and career planning
  • Finding suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocating on their behalf
  • Referring customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health, and financial counselling
  • Providing additional mentoring and support during the first six months of employment

You will be working as part of a team that encourages growth and holds the wellbeing of colleagues as paramount. Our organisation is committed to building better lives and we approach the development of our staff with the same mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs
  • Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Meeting a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
