Your Key Responsibilities

If you're passionate about exploring a wide range of experiences and opportunities, we invite you to join our Food & Beverage leadership team as an Event Services Manager. You'll oversee the operation of banquets and event services, executing our Resort Food & Beverage Strategy. This includes monitoring revenue, expenditure, profitability, and performance against budget, as well as leading the food & beverage team.

You'll be responsible for implementing banquet kits, driving revenue creation opportunities, workforce planning, and seeking innovative ways of working. This role ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of banquet and event services operations, providing exceptional guest service across all events, big or small.

You'll work in partnership with other areas of the Resort and your dynamic team to drive product and guest experience enhancement opportunities. You'll be at the forefront of creating a diverse food and beverage experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
