Our opportunity

As Assistant Development Manager, you will provide support and assistance to management in all operational aspects, as assigned, to further expand and enhance knowledge of the development industry.

You will support the team with an Apartments project, based in the Melbourne CBD.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to strategies and targets as communicated by DM and SDM
  • Understanding feasibility and updating and reporting under supervision
  • Assisting in the preparation of development feasibilities
  • Preparing formal correspondence and presentations
  • Preparing and updating basic development programs
  • Undertaking comprehensive project preparation, research and planning activities

Your ideal profile

  • You will be professionally qualified with previous experience in a development role and preferably gained on an Apartments/Built Form project
  • You will have solid commercial acumen coupled with good communication, decision-making, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills
