Job Opportunity: Liquor Team Member

About This Role:

As a Liquor Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with customers to build rapport and trust
  • Sharing product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver store objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of beer, wine, and spirits products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
