Job Overview

We are seeking a leader to support individuals with disabilities in a unique employment environment.

This is a part-time opportunity where you will guide and mentor individuals to develop their skills and achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities, clean room protocols, and sterile processing procedures.

You will work independently, showing initiative and leadership skills, and collaborate with others to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves guiding individuals to meet packaging and quality standards while achieving their individual goals.

You will perform and teach clean room protocols, lead by example, and maintain accurate records.

A strong understanding of the NDIS, particularly around employment goals and person-centred support, is essential.

The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support individuals with disabilities to meet packaging and quality standards
  • Perform and teach clean room protocols
  • Lead by example in hands-on activities
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities in a workplace or training setting
  • Knowledge of medical packaging practices or sterile processing
  • Confidence in working independently and leading without constant supervision
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
