Job Summary

The Purchasing Student will assist in the sourcing of new products and services, maintain supplier details, and create requisitions in the NORMA procurement system. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop skills in procurement and gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of suppliers and their details via the Bravo system
  • Create and manage requisitions in the NORMA procurement system
  • Assist in the identification and selection of new products and services
  • Develop and maintain a register of indirect service data, including contracts, agreements, contacts, and service frequencies
  • Resolve discrepancies in indirect supplier invoices and maintain order
  • C Coordinate and monitor general office maintenance, including facilities, pest control, and cleaning
  • C Coordinate the onboarding process for new subcontractors

Requirements

  • Currently studying supply chain management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
