Senior Laboratory Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Laboratory Technician to join our passionate team. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing manual and automated diagnostic testing
- Specimen storage and retrieval
- Equipment maintenance and operation
- Maintenance of records
- Assisting with stock control
- Maintaining confidentiality of customer information
About You
To be successful, you will need a strong blend of skills, including:
- A Diploma of Laboratory Technology or equivalent
- Previous laboratory experience, preferably in diagnostic testing
- A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures
- Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Awareness of Workplace Health and Safety and quality assurance processes and procedures
