Speech Pathology Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of speech pathologists in providing high-quality services and ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and set high standards for speech pathology services.
- Manage a team of speech pathologists, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Implement and maintain clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate records of client interactions and outcomes.
- Degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Management or related field desirable.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
