Job Summary

A senior professional is sought to lead a small team and develop an established client base in the field of tax consulting and advisory services.

This role requires a CA/CPA qualified professional with 5+ years' public practice accounting experience, relevant tertiary level qualification, and experience working with a diverse range of clientele.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a small team to achieve business objectives and provide guidance on career development opportunities.
  2. Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Tax Consulting and Advisory: Provide comprehensive tax consulting and advisory services to clients across various entities, including financial statement preparation and review.
  4. Communication and Relationship Building: Manage internal and external client communication, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • CA/CPA qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in public practice accounting
  • Relevant tertiary level qualification
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clientele
