As a dedicated professional, you will provide exceptional support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. This role involves assisting clients to achieve their goals as outlined in their NDIS plans.

">Job Description

This position is responsible for providing intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks such as domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and other needs.
  • Developing connections with the community to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Providing high-quality care and support while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, caring, and have a strong ability to work independently.

">Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current full Australian driver's license and own car.
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW) or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Manual handling experience and knowledge of managing challenging behaviors.
  • Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).

Candidates with a background in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing are highly sought after.
