Early Childhood Education Leader

This position involves overseeing the daily operations of one or multiple childcare centres, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as meeting financial targets.
Key responsibilities include managing centre staff, mentoring educators to meet national quality standards, and fostering strong connections with the local community through partnerships and marketing initiatives.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent qualification, along with significant experience in centre management. A current Working with Children's Check is also required.
In addition, you should have a proven track record of achieving targets and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
