G8 Education is committed to providing a supportive and intensive induction program for our Early Childhood Teachers. This program allows you to immerse yourself in our Early Childhood Teacher First Steps program, which includes:

  • Three months of continued support and training, allowing you to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally
  • An ECT Buddy providing an extra layer of support as you settle into your role
  • Community Connection Sessions to network with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners

  • An ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Alternatively, working towards the above qualification
