Christmas Helper Opportunity

Transform houses into homes where families create lasting memories with our festive support.

As a Christmas Helper, you will infuse joy into every home by decorating trees, hanging wreaths, or setting festive tables. You will be immersed in our Christmas displays and inspired by our décor while adding a personal touch to every store.

You will work in one of our three stores: Frankston, Mornington, or Sorrento. You can select your preferred store during the application process.

We offer:

  • A staff discount of 30% off full price items and an additional 15% off reduced items from Day 1.
  • Consideration for ongoing employment beyond the festive season.
  • Retail experience in a busy, high-volume environment.
  • Pay based on the General Retail Industry Award.

To succeed as a Christmas Helper, you must be customer-focused, adaptable, and eager to assist wherever needed. To excel in this role, you will:

  • Have a passion for homewares and Christmas, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Bring positive energy, confidence, and a proactive attitude.
  • Provide engaging and efficient point-of-sale service.
  • Assist with stock unpacking, replenishing, and visual merchandising to keep stores attractive.
  • Be available from mid-November to early January, including weekends and evenings.

Candidates available during peak times, including evenings and Boxing Day, will be given preference.
