Job Opportunity

The OSHC Coordinator will lead a team of Educators at a primary school, providing engaging services for children in before and after school care capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.
  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program with exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft.
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management and day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Enjoy working with kids.
  • Strong and clear communication.
  • Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
  • Hold or willing to obtain national police checks and state checks for working with children.
  • Australian work rights.
