Primary School Care Program Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic coordinator to lead our out-of-school hours care program on the Gold Coast.
The ideal candidate will have completed a childcare related Diploma or be currently working towards it. They will embody the trust placed in us by every child, parent and school community that interacts with us.
Our programs focus on ongoing growth and development, providing enriching experiences for children through every care session they attend.
We build our programs on recognised pedagogical approaches, guiding children's growth every day.
The successful candidate will develop and maintain a fun, safe and compliant program, create daily plans and organisation of activities, supervise and support primary aged children, prepare and serve healthy food options and build meaningful relationships with children, families and the school community.
