We are seeking caring and reliable support workers to join our team in the Great Brisbane Region:

As an in-home support worker, you will provide personalized care and assistance to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.

This role is varied, with tasks designed to meet the individual needs and goals of persons with disabilities and ageing persons living in the community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Personal care, including showering and personal hygiene
  • General house cleaning duties, including changing bed linen, laundry and ironing
  • Meal preparation
  • Supporting attendance/participation in community based recreational and social activities
  • Transporting and assisting with shopping and going to appointments

Deliver care in accordance with individualised care plans and personal preferences.

Our comprehensive training program ensures that you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.

What we offer:

  • Casual Remuneration: $42.28 per hour + 12% super + access to salary sacrifice benefits
  • Part Time Remuneration: $33.82 per hour + 12% super + access to salary sacrifice benefits, minimum 20hrs per week

Key requirements:

  • National Police check issued within the last 12 months by the Australian Federal Police Check or ACIC (purpose of employment Aged Care Staff)
  • Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check (purpose of employment Disability Care Staff)
  • Cert III Individual Support or equivalent
  • Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • A reliable, registered motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
