  • Lead the technical implementation of product features, collaborating with the Head of Product to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Support team members in implementing user-facing product features, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Design and develop core features, including Employee Directory, People Profiles, Shared Calendar & Events, Confidential Notes, and Comments, while maintaining performance targets and implementing changes to ensure efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Lead Product Designer to maintain a component kit for our internal design system, promoting consistency and best practices.
  • Promote Accessibility: Implement practices and tools to improve accessibility and meet goals, ensuring inclusive products that cater to diverse needs.
