About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst - Business Insights to join our Impact Data & Evaluation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our staff across Benevolent's Child, Youth and Family programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support our teams to be proficient in best practice principles when capturing and recording data
  • Work closely with our management teams to remediate data when needed
  • Reduce barriers by providing a conduit between our staff and funding bodies
  • Ensure accurate data is captured to demonstrate the high quality of our work and meet KPI's
  • Work closely with our internal IT team to provide a bridge between on the ground practice and technical support
  • Provide regular training and support through virtual and face to face sessions in our various data base systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing data systems and analysing and communicating data
  • Strong critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to innovate processes
  • Experience conducting training or facilitating training sessions, both online and in person
  • Experience working in, volunteering with, or using community services
