About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Impact Data & Evaluation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting staff across our Child, Youth and Family programs, while driving the development and implementation of strong data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze data systems to inform business decisions and drive program outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to extract, validate, and transform data for reporting purposes
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to staff on data management and analysis best practices
  • Work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of data systems and technical support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing data systems and analyzing data to inform business decisions
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to innovate processes
  • Experience conducting training or facilitating training sessions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build strong relationships
