Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Leadership: Develop and execute our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and vision.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Define and socialise our product and product marketing roadmap, delivering clear ROI hypotheses and alignment to strategy.
  • Customer-Centric Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market appetite and competitor analysis to devise a product marketing strategy and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Partner with go-to-market teams to optimise the customer journey and funnel metrics.
  • Communication: Align the organisation and deliver clarity through written and verbal communication that connects the dots for everyone.
  • Execution: Drive high-quality solutions with Marketers, Product Designers and Engineers, ensuring simplicity and sophistication.
  • Performance: Monitor customer metrics and prioritise opportunities for growth experiments.
  • Strategic Direction: Deliver on product strategy that aligns with business goals and amplifies company strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in product-led growth, product marketing, data-led feature development, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track Record: A track record of delivering commercially successful products in a SaaS environment.
  • Expertise: Expertise in B2B and consumer-like experiences, customer interviews, and synthesising feedback and market research into solutions.
  • Balance: A proven ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Agile Development: Experience with agile development and frequent release cycles.
  • Influence: An influencer, a business thinker, and a creative at heart.
