About this Role: As a skilled contract professional, you will be responsible for leading the development, negotiation, and management of supplier contracts to drive commercial results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that align with business objectives
  • Create and manage contractual documents including variations, MOUs, LOIs, and confidentiality agreements
  • Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and service levels with stakeholders
  • Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations efficiently
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, resolve disputes, and manage price adjustments
  • Track and realise commercial benefits through collaboration with internal teams

Requirements:

  • A degree in Law, Business Management, or a related field
  • Significant experience in contract management within procurement or commercial environments
  • Proven ability to manage contracts from initiation through to renewal or close-out
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
