Your Responsibilities:

  • Steer governance and quality control initiatives within Technology Infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of robust documentation frameworks and consistent execution.
  • Coordinate implementation and oversight of critical components, supporting ambitious goals.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Offer strategic assistance to facilitate Quality Control project implementation, aligning with EU requirements.
  • Bridge gaps between Strategy & workstreams, breaking down complex tasks into achievable milestones.
  • Maintain centralized tools to guarantee visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate inputs for regular meetings to maintain visibility and accountability across workstreams.
  • Develop standardized templates and mentorship to support consistency across Quality Control initiatives.
  • Uplift charters and SOPs to capture controls, reporting obligations, and compliance requirements.
  • Update documentation regularly to reflect changing risks, regulations, and lessons, aligning with EU principles.
