Client Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Client Partner to support key clients in the Paper industry. This role requires strategic account management and on-site technical servicing skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute client-centric account plans aligned with business targets
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise chemical usage on-site for enhanced performance outcomes
- Conduct regular sampling, testing, and data analysis to inform decision-making
- Manage inventory and oversee safe chemical handling and transfer procedures
- Perform equipment inspections, calibrations, and minor servicing to maintain optimal performance
- Support product trials, new equipment commissioning/decommissioning, and technical projects to drive business growth
- Maintain accurate reporting and provide regular insights to stakeholders
- Degree in Chemistry or a related Science discipline (desired)
- Experience in the Paper industry or working with paper machines is highly beneficial
- Comfortable working in industrial environments and able to utilise mechanical/technical skills
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on delivering value to clients
- Excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
