Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting a group of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance
  • Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
  • Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training
  • Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases
  • Developing reports and management plans that incorporate useful strategies and interventions

Requirements

  • An Occupational Therapy degree and AHPRA registration (or the ability to become registered)
  • A car and license
  • A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
  • Clinical experience, preferably within the NDIS or similar
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses
  • Current management experience in a clinical or NDIS setting
