We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality services leader to oversee our Northern Region Residential Care Facilities. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services that meet residents' needs and exceed expectations.

About the Role

  • Oversight of regional precincts of resident hospitality services across multiple sites, ensuring seamless delivery of catering, events, housekeeping, and laundry services.
  • Effective leadership and management to drive results, foster employee engagement, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Responsibility for developing and implementing strategies to improve resident satisfaction, retention, and overall quality of life.

About You

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment, manage employee turnover, casual employment, and leave entitlements effectively.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, sound decision making, and proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Relevant trade certificate, industry experience, and relevant qualification in leadership, management, or supervision.
