We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading complex organizations and driving growth, innovation, and transformation. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic vision that aligns with our mission and drives growth across all areas of operations.

The CEO will work closely with our Board and subsidiary CEOs to ensure long-term financial sustainability, maximize social impact, and drive a customer-centric culture. They will also be responsible for building and leading a collaborative executive team and fostering a culture that is customer-centric, accountable, and empowered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic vision that aligns with the Group's mission and drives growth across all areas of operations.
  • Ensure long-term financial sustainability through exploring new revenue streams, maximizing existing revenue opportunities, and closely managing cash, budgets, and resources.
  • Deliver and maintain the highest standards of service delivery across all business units, ensuring a culture of innovation and continuous improvement is well embedded.
  • Lead, inspire, and build a collaborative executive team and foster a culture that is customer-centric, accountable, and empowered.
  • Be the face of Vertaview and advocate widely representing the organization with all stakeholder groups, including government entities, regulatory bodies, and the broader community.
About You:

We are looking for a true leader and strategic thinker with a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of others. The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen and a demonstrable track record of successfully leading large, complex organizations through growth, change, and innovation.

They will possess the ability to engage and inspire teams, navigate complex regulatory environments, and build meaningful relationships across all levels. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred, and 5+ years of CEO practical experience in both for-purpose and commercial sectors is required.

Extensive experience managing large-scale operations (+$250M annual turnover) and driving significant growth and transformation is highly desirable. An understanding of the human services sector, including the NDIS and mental health services, is also highly desirable.
