Job Description
We are seeking a talented software solutions designer to join our team. This role involves designing and delivering bespoke solutions to complex problems for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions. They will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Designing and delivering bespoke software solutions to assist clients in achieving business outcomes.
- Providing technical direction for development, design, and systems integration for client engagements.
- Actively engaging in project delivery with either full teams or broader client teams.
- Engaging effectively with clients and contributing to project success.
- Creating and executing development plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Performing code reviews and mentoring other developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:
- Self-motivation and a strong history of end-to-end software delivery.
- Experience with Microservices, DevOps, Continuous Integration, and build automation approaches.
- Strong knowledge of React, Angular, Java, C#, JavaScript, NodeJS, and Kotlin.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
