As a Business Systems Design Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, planning, and design of software products in collaboration with internal and external customers.

You will gather business requirements from product owners and stakeholders, create user stories, and work closely with technology teams to develop system requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development life cycle and current technologies, as well as experience in creating artifacts such as SRS, FS, use cases, data flows, and process flows.

In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of best practices, project standards, procedures, and quality objectives.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field is necessary.
  • A working knowledge of IT business systems is essential.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
