Middle School Assistant Track Program Coordinator

We seek a dedicated professional to support our track and field program. This role involves working under the leadership of the Head Coach and Athletic Director, providing coaching and guidance to student athletes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in track and field, a high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant certifications such as CPR and First Aid, NFHS Coaching Education, and criminal history clearance.
- Coaching and developing student athletes to achieve a high level of skill and teamwork.
- Assisting with planning and setting up activities, practices, and contests.
- Developing training programs and practice schedules.
- Ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and inventory of athletic equipment and uniforms.
- Supervising student athletes on team buses and promoting sportsmanship and healthy lifestyles.
- Experience in track and field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid, NFHS Coaching Education, and criminal history clearance.
A background in education or coaching is beneficial, as well as experience working with youth.
Terms of EmploymentThis is a seasonal position with competitive compensation. Open until filled.
