Assistant Track Coach Opportunity

We seek a skilled and motivated individual to support the Middle School track and field program.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach and Athletic Director to develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan.
  • Provide guidance and direction to student athletes to enhance their skills, discipline, and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of student athlete progress and achievements.
  • Ensure adherence to District policies and procedures.
  • Support the planning and execution of track meets and events.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in track and field coaching or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: NFHS Coaching Education certified and CPR/First Aid trained.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
