Job Summary

Hanes Australasia is seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our Truganina Distribution Centre team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, coordinating team functions, and ensuring productivity KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety rules and guidelines.
  • Coordinate team functions and ensure productivity KPIs are met.
  • Perform and coordinate training to equip team members with the necessary skills.
  • Manage workforce planning and workflow activities to ensure teams are fully utilised.
  • Raise safety-related information and participate in OHS investigations and audits.

Requirements

  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and upholding the Code of Conduct.
  • Excellent people skills with a proactive and positive approach to building morale.
  • Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks to ensure service levels are achieved.
  • Excellent communication skills and basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
