About the Role
The Project Manager – Strategic Initiatives provides high-level project management support to the Congress senior executive management team and specifically project manages strategic, major, and new projects at Congress excluding capital works projects.
The Project Manager will work alongside different divisions within Central Australian Aboriginal Congress providing excellent written communication, planning, and implementation support for projects that contribute to improved and expanded primary health care services for the Aboriginal communities served by Central Australian Aboriginal Congress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage project resources and budgets.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Requirements:
- Proven project management experience in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
