Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a key role in managing the branch in Sydney, providing exceptional support to the General Manager and developing your skills across the business spectrum.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Vehicle Preparation and Maintenance:

    • Prepare vehicles for rental and ensure they are in excellent condition.
    • Maintain vehicles through regular inspections and repairs.

  2. Servicing and Support:

    • Assist with vehicle servicing and refrigeration unit maintenance.

  3. Customer Service:

    • Meet customers for rental handovers and returns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

  4. Administrative Tasks:

    • Update computer records and maintain accurate documentation.

  5. Ad Hoc Duties:

    • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

    • Be mechanically minded and able to use tools effectively.
    • Be willing to learn new systems and processes.

  2. Priorities and Attitudes:

    • Have a positive outlook and be friendly in all interactions.
    • Take pride in work and pay attention to detail.

  3. Additional Requirements:

    • Hold a driver's license and own transport.
    • Fitness is required for this role.
