About the Role:

  • Support annual brand performance assessments and contribute to product and category planning strategies
  • Lead assigned new product development projects from concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand, driving engagement and sales growth
  • Develop trade marketing materials and execute retailer-specific promotions, enhancing brand presence
  • Plan and deliver sampling strategies across multiple channels, increasing brand awareness
  • Track and report on campaign performance and consumer engagement metrics, providing actionable insights
  • Conduct consumer research to inform product and brand decisions, driving data-driven innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align execution and achieve business goals
  • Assist in financial tracking, purchase order management, and commercial reporting, ensuring seamless operations
  • Contribute to retailer presentations and support commercial performance targets, fostering strong relationships

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Business
  • 3+ years of experience in a product and brand specialist role within the FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and media channel strategies
  • Proven project management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results
  • Strategic thinking and a hands-on, collaborative approach, with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Aztec, IRI, or SAP a plus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
