About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data-Driven Insights Professional to join our team at Latitude Financial Services. As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in generating customer and portfolio insights across our organization, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations to guide business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insights & Reporting
    • Develop and maintain advanced analytical reporting and insights from our customer base and product portfolios to support business initiatives, solve business problems, and drive incremental value to the business.
    • Build and manage the reporting of portfolio metrics, and diagnose on portfolio performance change, dynamic shift, and its drivers.
    • Work with function leaders to construct performance review packs and present back to the leadership group on a regular basis.
    • Improve ROI for product, portfolio, and marketing initiatives through the provision of sizing of business cases, support of implementation, measurement of success, and providing actionable recommendations.
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy of analytic and insights delivery, aligning various data sources for quality checks and assurance.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Liaise closely with internal teams from the business to define requirements for reporting and analytics activities.
    • Liaise with external vendors for analytics and reporting activities.
    Requirements
    • Fluent in SQL, with experience in managing large datasets to ensure integrity, quality, accuracy of data for analysis.
    • Strong analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to share insights using visualization tools.
    • Commercial acumen in the interpretation of data and development of data-based solutions.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven storytelling capability to articulate and present complex information.
    • Ability to challenge the status quo, while identifying alternatives and innovating on solutions for improvement.
    • Fast learner with a growth mindset, demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
