Remote Field Research Coordinator

This role involves supporting community-based research for the Eliminating Strongyloides Program in Gapuwiyak.
You will work alongside Yolŋu researchers and facilitators to lead community engagement activities, ensuring alignment with project protocols and ethical standards.
Additionally, you will provide on-the-ground logistical support to help meet key project milestones.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to Aboriginal Community Control and self-determination, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Yolŋu people in remote settings.
Experience conducting research fieldwork or related work in health, Indigenous, or developing country contexts is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in similar roles within First Nations communities, and the ability to lead and support a team with sound judgment and initiative, are valued.

AO6 $111,217 - $124,332 per annum + 12% Superannuation
Salary packaging up to $15,900 + additional $2,650 for Meals and Entertainment
