Job Title: Remote Dentist Manager

Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you manage the delivery of oral health services to remote communities in the Northern Territory. As a Remote Dentist Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to dental teams to ensure the provision of high-quality oral health care to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of oral health services in remote locations
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to dental teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve access to oral health care in remote communities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor of Dental Surgery or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration as a dentist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience working in remote areas and managing dental teams
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
