Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a business/system analyst role, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle management and finance projects. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing customer requirements and providing innovative solutions or alternatives to meet those requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with business customers and other internal teams.
  • Liaising with development and testing teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Evaluating information and data to determine problems/opportunities/solutions.
  • Solving business problems using a methodical and consultative approach.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in IT, Business or an associated field (desired).
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a business/system analyst role (mandatory).
  • Project lifecycle experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in finance projects and understanding of related functional aspects (mandatory).
  • Experience in data-related projects (mandatory).
