Job Description

The role of AIA Vitality & Wellbeing Administrator involves delivering high-quality service and administrative support across AIA's Vitality and Wellbeing programs in Australia.

As the AIA Vitality & Wellbeing Administrator, you will combine service excellence, data-driven insights, and shared value delivery to support Embrace partners, members, and broader business.

This pivotal role will assist the business to make a difference in the lives of our customers through quality and timely administration assistance, data, and service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Administration experience ideally within Insurance and/or a discipline such as Health, Science, or Corporate Wellness
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, manage multiple requests with attention to detail and data integrity
  • Clinical acumen, an understanding of basic health biometrics
  • Understanding of injury, illness, medical terminology, insurance, and rehabilitation providers
