We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Kapunda, South Australia.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be directly responsible for organizing and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance, and community access.

You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement person-centered care plans that meet the individual needs and goals of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing physical and emotional support to clients with disabilities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and domestic assistance
  • Supporting clients to participate in community activities and outings
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as therapists and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
  • An NDIS worker screening check
  • A Working with Children check
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Australian driver's license and a fully insured vehicle
