Clear customs with confidence by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant import declarations for high-value shipments. Facilitate smooth movement of goods across borders by managing customs clearance processes, staying updated on changing regulations, and providing expert guidance to clients.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit customs declarations in accordance with established service guidelines and legislation set by regulatory agencies
  • Ensure accurate and complete import customs declarations are made on behalf of customers
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customs authorities, clients, and department leads
  • Stay up-to-date on changing customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

">Requirements:

Current Australian Customs Brokers License - Essential

">

Experience in customs clearance and international freight, with a minimum of 1 year in entry writing - Essential

">

Strong understanding of international trade regulations and shipping logistics

">

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

">

Good reporting, data analysis & Microsoft Office Suite skills

">
