Occupational Health Role

We're seeking an Occupational Health professional to join our regional team. As a key member of the allied health workforce, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients in returning to work and regaining independence.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for providing return-to-work services to assist injured clients and their employers with safe and sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site assessments to identify barriers to return to work and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain quality across customers regarding return-to-work rates, costs, and durations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, or Physiotherapy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel with a current vehicle and driver's license.
