Job Description

As a Care Professional, your primary focus will be on delivering holistic care to our residents. This involves:

  • Providing individualized support and care, helping residents make choices and maintain their independence.
  • Assisting residents throughout the day, identifying changes in preference, needs, or wellbeing, and seeking assistance when required.
  • Supporting residents with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and oral care.
  • Offering social and emotional support, engaging residents in lifestyle activities, and promoting mobility.
  • Completing incident reports, care documentation, and participating in Work Health and Safety programs.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional service and make a positive impact in our community.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies, such as nursing.
  • Experience in a personal care role in aged care (desirable).
  • A commitment to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and meet their needs.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
