We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Regis Shenley Manor, located near Camberwell Junction. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Job Description

This casual opportunity involves providing personal care and support to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, identifying changes in preference, needs or wellbeing, and seeking assistance if required. You will also be responsible for completing incident reports, care documentation, and participating in Work Health and Safety programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies such as nursing.
  • Experience in a personal care role in aged care (desirable)
  • Commitment to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and support their needs.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively as a team to provide service excellence and make a significant difference in our community.
