## Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Buildco Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-end commercial office refurbishment project in Inner Sydney.

### Project Details

* Project value: $3 million
* Project duration: Ongoing
* Location: Inner Sydney

### Job Responsibilities

* Assist the Project Manager in the administration of contracts
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
* Manage procurement and letting contracts
* Process claims and variations
* Prepare final accounts and sub-contractor payments

### Requirements

* 3 years minimum experience in contracts administration with a Principal Commercial Contractor in Sydney
* Construction Management Degree or similar
* Solid software experience, with the ability to learn new programs
* Steady career history and proven CA background
