About the Role

Cater Care is seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to lead our operations team in Parramatta. As a key member of our Operations department, this permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to drive operational excellence and make a significant impact in our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of 3 operations managers across 18 sites to achieve performance targets
  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities, ensuring seamless execution and efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and excellence
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, optimising operational costs and driving business growth
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans to support organisational growth, aligning operational objectives with business goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and partnership
